STRAWBERRY AND PASSION FRUIT GIN FIZZ

Ingredients
Cocktail
- 50ml gin
- 50ml passion fruit juice and pulp (from 2 small passionfruits)
- 2 tbsp honey or syrup
- Lime juice from 1 lime
- 2 strawberries, sliced
- Ice
- Sparkling water or prosecco to top up
Garnish
- Strawberries and fresh mint
Method
- To a highball glass add ice, strawberry slices, honey, gin, passion fruit juice and pulp, lime juice.
- Pour over the sparkling water until the glass is full.
- Gently mix to combine.
- Garnish with more mint leaves and strawberries
- Serve immediately, sip and enjoy!
